Jason started his sales career whilst at university where he spent his summers working in the Southwestern Company’s 100% commission based door to door programme. What started off as a summer job, turned into a career in sales. During his 9 years with Southwestern he recruited teams from all over Europe and at one point leading a sales organisation of over 125 people and winning the Excellence Award which is given to the Top District Sales Manager in the company.
Jason then joined energy start up OVO Energy and led the sales and culture departments helping the business grow from £18m to £700m in annual revenues. Jason was in charge of the design and implementation of the people plan at OVO where in 2017 OVO Energy was rated the 20th best place to work in the annual Sunday Times list.
Jason now works with SBR Consulting leading Sales Transformation programmes helping clients acquire, retain and expand their customer base.
