Wendy started her career as a traditionally trained, 100% commissioned salesperson and quickly began building and leading sales teams and organizations. She later became a consultant and trainer in sales and organizational management and leadership, helping clients transform performance and productivity by transforming their attitude. Her reach is worldwide, having worked in the USA, U.K., Kenya, Ghana, Cambodia, and Indonesia.
With her affinity for computer science, she has recently become certified in software development. Combining her experiences in sales and computer programming, Wendy now specializes in building CRM software and digital solutions to help companies deliver better customer experience, to drive sales, and enhance their growth.
