Scott is the CEO and Co-founder of Whitten & Roy Partnership, a sales and sales management consulting firm. WRP focuses on two distinctly different types of clients: B2B commercial clients around the world, transforming their complex and strategic selling capability, and B2C social enterprise clients in over 40 developing countries, transforming their ability to sell and deliver life-changing products and services to people at the Base of the Pyramid.
In 1990, Scott co-founded Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America, a former Southwestern Company subsidiary that was sold to Torchmark (NYSE: TMK) and has built over $2 billion in assets. Scott was the company’s first Sales Director, responsible for developing and implementing the company’s sales strategy and methods, and management and training programs.
He started his sales career at the Southwestern Company in 1977 as a college student and rose through the ranks to District Sales Manager over an 11-year period, achieving top rankings in sales, management and recruiting competition.
