Mark Cooper has over 15 years experience in the field of leadership and management development training having worked in a variety of international companies in both the construction and property management fields. Starting out in Special Projects at Alfred McAlpine Plc, Mark moved through various roles and businesses becoming Director of People Development for the UK arm of a global construction and facilities company. Here he was responsible for leadership development, coaching and talent management.
Mark set up his own consultancy in 2014, Cooper and Lansbury Associates Ltd, and has worked with a variety of clients across sectors ranging from retail to airports, facilities to social care and local government.
More recently, he has worked with other construction and engineering companies including home builders, motorway network maintenance, airports and shopping destinations both across Europe and the Middle East
Mark’s background is in psychometric assessment and evaluation with a focus on enhancing performance in leadership teams. He has worked with directors and senior managers at a range of businesses including CBRE and intu Properties to reduce attrition rates and improve customer retention. The use of behavioural frameworks in performance management and objective setting has been key to this.
Mark is a qualified NLP practitioner and registered psychometric provider.
