I started in recruitment at 20 years old, at the time I was working in a call centre and about to be made redundant and applied for whatever I could in Cheltenham at the time. Fast forward 10 years and I am a still in the industry as a Business Manager. I have partnered with great clients and worked with some fantastic globally recognised brands, such as Apple, Selfridges, Kohler Mira, Amazon and more.
Recruitment requires a mix of skills: communication, ability to build rapport, organisation, being forward thinking, diligence and most of all resilience. I enjoy knowing that the role I do is of huge importance to ensuring clients hit their goals, the right people in the right places.
