Stephen is a serial multi-million pound company builder.

He started his career in direct sales, achieving the #1 position for highest performing sales person in the UK out of the 80 new recruits.

He is a master of recruitment and training of sales people. He has built successful teams for start-ups through to multi billion dollar blue chip companies such as Whirlpool Corporation. His sales agency Your Edge spanned over three continents with his teams selling in retailers from Costco to Harrods.

Recently he has turned his hand to product design and development in addition to sales and marketing. He has launched the Luff Sleep brand, which is rapidly growing and receiving international acclaim.

His passion is for creating and building large successful organisations where the employees love going to work.
