DELIVERY & RETURNS
Overview:
Our returns and exchange policy applies within 30 days from receipt of your order. If goods are returned after this time period we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
We are only able to offer refunds or exchanges for books that are in resellable condition.
Returns:
We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the below conditions are met:
- Products are in resellable condition, as new
- Products were purchased directly through exeptionalsalescareer.com
- Products are returned to The Exceptional Sales Career within 30 days from receipt of goods
- Products are returned to us in the same condition that you received it
If these conditions can be met please email sales@exceptionalsalescareer.com to arrange for the return of your products. In the subject line of this email please specify REFUND if you wish to receive a refund or EXCHANGE if you wish to exchange your order.
Please Note: unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage, and the cost of returning the product falls upon the customer.
Refunds:
We will notify you once your returned item has been received. At this time, provided we receive the returned items in an acceptable condition, we will notify you of approval of your refund.
Exchanges:
We are only able to exchange products that are faulty or damaged. Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you and arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no extra cost.
