Salim is a Client Partner at The Chemistry Group. Salim is an original member of the Chemistry team and has worked across the globe on talent-led transformations for multi-national organisations, this has included our work transforming the UK’s largest Co-operative.

He’s worked in Consulting, Sales and Leadership positions and is an expert in using psychometric profiling and insight to predict performance in sales and service organisations.
